VTQ Results and Covid 19 information
Throughout the Covid pandemic, Central Qualifications has utilised every opportunity to continue to help learners achieve their qualifications.
Our results timeframes have remained the same, with Results for Professional Discussion assessments released within 10 working days of the assessment and OSCE results within six weeks of the assessment (typically on the Wednesday preceding the six week mark).
Details of upcoming dates for CQ Professional Discussion assessments and CQ OSCE’s can obtained by emailing to email@example.com.
Central Qualifications Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration Policy is aimed at our Centres who are delivering a CQ/CQ-EPAO approved qualification. It is also for use by our staff to ensure they deal with all reasonable adjustment and special consideration requests in a consistent manner.
This policy outlines:
- our arrangements for making reasonable adjustments and special considerations in relation to our qualifications
- how learners/apprentices qualify for reasonable adjustments and special considerations
- the reasonable adjustments we will permit and those where permission is required in advance before they are applied
- what special considerations will be given to learners/apprentices
The full policy can be read here.Request forms are attached at the end of the policy.
CQ Appeals Policy is aimed at our Centres, including Apprentices and their Employers, who are delivering/enrolled on or have taken a CQ/CQ EPAO approved qualification. It sets out the process you should follow when submitting appeals to us and the process we will follow when responding to enquiries and appeals. It is also for use by our staff to ensure they deal with all appeals in a consistent manner.
It is important that Centre staff involved in the management, assessment and quality assurance of our qualifications, and Apprentices and their employers are aware of the contents of the policy. The full policy can be read here.
CQ Complaints Policy and Procedure is aimed at our Centres, Apprentices and their Employers and all interested parties who encounter a direct or indirect service from Central Qualifications. We value all the Centres delivering our qualifications and the Learners/Apprentices who undertake them and our aim every day is to exceed the expectations of our customers. We are confident of providing a high-quality service and would be extremely disappointed if this is not the case. Therefore, it is important should you feel you have encountered a level of service that is below both yours and our expectations that you raise any concerns you may have with us immediately so that we may address them and learn lessons.
