Don't miss this year's CQ Graduation and Awards Ceremony
Ben Fogle will be delivering the keynote speech.
The Central Qualifications Graduation and Awards Ceremony is fast approaching.
This year we’re honoured to have adventurer, broadcaster and writer Ben Fogle delivering the keynote speech. Ben will be presenting the graduating veterinary nurses with their ceremonial scrolls while their proud friends and family watch on.
The ceremony is being held at the prestigious Central Hall, Westminster. With its grand architecture and rich history, the Central Hall provides a fitting backdrop to celebrate the impressive achievements of the graduates. Learners who recently achieved their Diploma in Veterinary Nursing and Diploma for Veterinary Nurse Assistants will be in attendance from training centres around the UK.
If you’re a student who’s misplaced their invite, please send us an email so we can resend it to you: enquiries@cqual.org.uk
VN Educator awards
Central Qualifications is inviting nominations for the Veterinary Nurse Educator of the Year Awards. All members of the veterinary profession, including student vets and veterinary nurses, are invited to nominate someone they feel is deserving of recognition.
The awards are open to anyone involved in training and educating veterinary nurses in the UK, from college tutors and practical teachers, to clinical coaches and other members of the training practice teams.
Last year, Helen Clarke from Myerscough College and Nicola Newman from Plumpton were the deserving winners of the awards, acknowledging their talents, skills and dedication to veterinary nurse training.
The awards will be presented at the CQ Graduation and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, 9 March. Nominations close on Friday, 2 February 2024 and can be made online.
